How much is our viewing service?
Our viewing fee is ÂŁ100 plus VAT for standard houses and apartments, and ÂŁ175 plus VAT for an HMO viewing.
Should you wish for us to handle the entire sourcing process post-viewing, which includes negotiation, process management, overseeing repairs, and lettings, we are more than happy to do so for you. (Fees apply)
