Our viewing fee is £100 plus VAT for standard houses and apartments, and £175 plus VAT for an HMO viewing.
Should you wish for us to handle the entire sourcing process post-viewing, which includes negotiation, process management, overseeing repairs, and lettings, we are more than happy to do so for you. (Fees apply)
