If there is a structural issue that you need to assess, how would you do that?
If a structural issue is identified in the Home Buyer Report, we will discuss it with you to decide whether you wish to proceed. If you choose to move forward, we will appoint a structural engineer on your behalf to inspect the property and provide a detailed report on the necessary repairs.
How quickly can you provide a quote for repairs?
Our goal is to obtain a repair quote within one working week. Typically, the contractor needs access to the property, which can take 1-2 days to arrange with the estate agent and seller.
