Our Fees

Buy-To-Let Sourcing Fee

2% of purchase price - Subject to a minimum of £3,000

Includes all activities relating to the sourcing, securing and negotiation of a property investment deal. We will oversee the process and manage through to completion.

Payable 50% upfront on reservation of deal, 50% on exchange of contracts.

HMO Sourcing Fee

3.5% of purchase price - Subject to a minimum of £5,000

Includes all activities relating to the sourcing, securing and negotiation of a property investment deal. We will oversee the process and manage through to completion.

Payable 50% upfront on reservation of deal, 50% on exchange of contracts.

Bespoke Service - Commitment Fee

£1,000 + VAT

Where a client opts to use our Bespoke Sourcing Service, a commitment fee of £1,000 will be due. This will be refunded against future sourcing fees, as quoted above.

Viewing Service - Single Dwelling (Apartments/Houses)

£100

Includes a property visit and a written report, set of photos & video walk round. This is useful for investors who have already seen a property online but would like us to visit on their behalf.

Viewing Services - HMO/Blocks/Multiple Units

£175

Includes a property visit and a written report, set of photos & video walk round. This is useful for investors who have already seen a property online but would like us to visit on their behalf.

Project Management/Refurbishment Management

10% of works costs

Includes obtaining initial quotes and costs. Overseeing and arranging trades during refurb with periodic updates. Handling of all invoice payments and costs tracking.

Floorplan Creation Service

£250

Useful when re-utilising space to create additional rooms and HMO conversions etc. Includes before and after floorplans.

**Please note all fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%)
